Returns & exchanges

If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item and contact us within 48 hours — we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.

For any other reason, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Once collected and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer. Made-to-order and custom-sized pieces are not eligible for return unless faulty.
