Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day refund policy if you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll make it right.
How it works:
We do not require you to send items back. Simply contact us with your order number and reason for the request, and we'll process your refund directly. No return shipping needed.
To request a refund:
Contact us at supportzenovaa@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective
Eligible for refund:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Item not as described
- Item never arrived
Not eligible for refund:
- Requests made after 30 days of receiving the item
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery
- Sale items and gift cards
Damages & issues:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at supportzenovaa@gmail.com with photos of the damage so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
European Union customers:
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
Refunds:
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at supportzenovaa@gmail.com.
